About Us

S & S Associates (Consulting Firm) and S. L. Kothari & Co. (Chartered Accountants) were two firms founded in January 2012 with an aim to serve the growing economy of India through its consulting and statutory requirement arms.
Our firms have over 50 years of combined experience of management team and experienced staff. Through this experience we have been able to serve across various sectors like real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing, banking, finance and services. Due to our potential to cater to all sectors we have been able to serve group as big as 10,000 crore turnover to a proprietorship having 25 lakh turnover, simply saying we can serve anyone at any stage of business. In addition, with this experience, passion to deliver, commitment and quality service, today we have made associates across all Tier 1 cities in India where we have been able to deliver our services successfully.

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Setu Kothari is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), since 2009, having experience in:
1. Fractional CFO | Head of Accounts, Finance & Compliance Department: System implementation, supply chain, accounts finalization, cost control, arranging finance, managing debtors/ creditors, tax planning, team building/training & liaison with banks and various government authorities.
2. Internal Audit, Due Diligence, Process Advisory, SOP Drafting and Fund Raising (Debt & Equity)
3. Industry experience across construction, infrastructure, banking, chemicals, jewellery, food, electricals, electronics, marble, etc.
4. Well-versed with various ERPs including SAP & Tally and Microsoft Office.

Mrs. Shweta Kothari

MBA in Human Resource (HR)

Mrs. Shweta Kothari has done her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Human resource (HR) and served an IT & finance company for a span of over 5 years. Post that she nurtured her child for 5 years. She is now an integral part of our team where her key role is business development and nurturing the team to be future leaders.
